      Have been a member for over 50 years, now seriously contemplating moving all my accounts elsewhere. I tried to deposit 2 money orders (small amounts; $750.00) from two other local credit unions I have accounts at. I was told by manager that I needed to go back to those credit unions and get authorized signatures on the money orders, which didn't sound right to me, but they refused to deposit them until I did this, so off I went. Both of the other credit unions said there was no need for an authorized signature on the money orders except for mine. I went back to Town & Country, and they finally deposited the money orders, but made me feel like they were doing me a favor, and never apologized for wasting my time having me go back to the other credit unions for unnecessary signatures. Money orders should be rudimentary for any bank/credit union, so for them not to know how to handle a deposit of them is unsettling to me.

      Unbelievably inept. It's somehow impossible to activate your debit card, and support is non-existent.
