      Has always felt like a neighborhood bank (know me by name, share a joke, etc). I've left the state but still keep my everyday checking account there. When things/questions pop up, a simple phone call takes care of it.

      I was told to call and make an appointment before coming in to do a wire transfer. I called and got a machine with a long message and was unable to do that. Choices: wait in lobby or wait for call back..... Not good.

      We just waited 20 minutes at the drive through. There was only one car ahead of us. The teller took 10 minutes to cash a check. Slowest customer service ever. Terrible.
