I called to make my first car payment and I either have to drive all the way from where I live to Charlotte or mail a check and as this is not 1982 I don’t even own a check book most ridiculous thing I have heard in 2022 would never have let the dealership use this bank if I had known how insanely inconvenient they would be to use

Says they are open at 8:30 I get there and they are closed due to "weather" there is literally a snow dusting in the shaded areas because the gleaming sun hasn't melted it yet. What an inconvenience to not let anybody know on there web sites they dont open today until 10am 12/11/2018
