God I wish I could do -100 stars. Same thing happened to me after getting the gap payment they sent me to collections. Rude rude rude animals work at this company. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. I insurance paid them after my accident and they sent me to collection for $1100 they say we’re fees not paid. Total fraud. Don’t finance with this company….. you will regret it.

So here’s my story. I make my payments on time every month. My car gets totaled sitting outside my house. My insurance pays them an excessive amount of money. They want me to continue paying my monthly payment until my GAP cover the remainder. AFTER insurance gave them 10k they deemed me delinquent for not paying my monthly payment. My credit is all jacked up and they still profited 10k. This place sucks
