  Worst experience processing a loan I have ever had. I moved to GA from CA in May of 2019 and used the first person listed on my sellers list of Preferred Lenders, I should have shopped around. Or at least went with my gut after my initial phone call. It's great that they show you a photo of Tracey Burdette like you're going to be dealing with her. No, I dealt with about 6 other people and none of them knew what the other person had done on still needed to do. I repeatedly sent the same information to two different people because they did not share that information or were located in different offices in different cities. I felt like I did more of their job than they did. Then, when all was said and done, they sold my loan within the first year. I am currently refinancing this loan with a lower rate and a different company and Tracey, bless her heart, sent me something in the mail to refinance with her just this week. She sends me stuff in the mail and emails ALL THE TIME asking me to share my experience with her future customers. Well here you go Tracey! You're Welcome.

  Hello Michelle, I am truly sorry you feel this way and I certainly wish that you would have brought your unhappiness to my attention when it was occurring so that I could address it. Cenlar is our servicng company and handles the majority of our loans. It is a very normal process as this is how the whole mortgage system works. The loans get sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or Ginnie Mae and then who collects the payments or "services" the loan may change form time to time. We use Cenlar Mostly.
