Consider using a different title company. Attention to detail is an important feature when closing on properties and when simple scheduling times can not be accounted for it raises some concerns on the accuracy of paperwork. Trademark Title is a large company, volume appears to be their specialty not so great with customer service. Since 2014 I have attended 8 closings, my recent Trademark Title experience ranks at the very bottom.

Melony was so great and easy to work with! Precise, punctual and efficient.
