      With them for a year now, and I've only experienced amazing customer service & what likely is a product of some good company policy -- the fact that they're open til 7 even... wow, that so works for me & my business.

      This location has lost their excellent manager. Now trailwest is removing all people here and only going to have the interactive kiosk like hamilton super1. I might as well go with a big world wide bank now...what's the difference now??

      Thank you for your review and feedback. You are correct our Stevensville manager has retired; we are happy for her and the next chapter of her life! The LIVE! kiosk has been added as an extra feature for customers as our branch lobby is temporarily closed due COVID-19. We have had to take protective measures for our staff and customers due to the small space the branch offers. Bank management is working on a long term solution.       wish i could give a lower rating. not only will the debit cards not work online or at various other establishments it's also the only bank i know of that will blatantly rob you. I suggest using any other bank out there. hell find a homeless guy to watch your money it would be in better hand's.
