      I've had only one interaction with this company which was a split closing between them and their Clarkston branch. Poor internal communication within their company which carries over to the customer experience. I provided an address that I was told funds would be dispersed and overnighter to. After almost a week, the check is sitting in their office instead of my hands. First, they didn't communicate to the Clarkston branch to mail it to me. Secondly, when they received the check they never notified me. Instead it sat at their office. I'm not sure how long it would have sat there if I wouldn't have followed up. Poor communication and service
