Working with Trevor Higgins was a great experience. He was able to save a deal that would have otherwise gone South. We had a complicated situation and Trevor took the time to understand it so he could begin working on a solution. We got to the closing table; a little later than we had hoped but the fact that we got there at all was only because Trevor and his team didn't give up. They took great care of the buyer which in turn benefitted my clients, the sellers. Need a loan? Call Trevor!!!
