      This dude will do anything to screw you over. Daniel Lotter is not a man of his word and I’d run far away from his company. I did get a loan but there was so much stress and headache and lack of communication that I almost gave up. This guy will call you on Easter Sunday when you’re doing stuff with your family and want you to stop everything your doing to take care of what he needs. On the flip side it will take a week for him to respond to you if you need help.

      This company started a refinance over 6 weeks ago. I have received is excuses on why it's not done yet. To top that off they cannot keep or honor what they said they will do. I DO NOT recommend them o anyone.
