I cannot recommend a bank more highly than Triad. As a small business owner, I have received invaluable support, particularly from Ron Horak & Amber Rainge, but everybody there oozes customer service. "Oh they only have one branch!", I worried at first, needlessly. But with the remote deposit technology, the fast friendly on-line platform, on top of a very easily accessed central location, I could not be happier.

I recently decided to move my account from PNC who was closing my local branch. I have been very pleased with the attentiveness of all the bank personnel especially Amy. When I go in to deposit a check they are extremely helpful. I am very pleased that Triad has chosen to invest in cannabis businesses. My only criticism is that they have FOX news on their TV. Change the channel!
