      I've been a member of TCU for over 10 years and during that time have had nothing but good experience. We've had two home loans with them and dealing with them is absolutely nothing like doing business with a bank. Triangle is truly a lending institution concerned with their borrowers and unlike a bank they do all they can to accommodate borrowers. Large banking institutions, contrary to their PR, are unwilling and even unable to deal with situations on a one-on-one basis, which Triangle can and does.

      Get with the times. Been a customer for well over 10 years. Customer service sucks. Love seeing random charges on my card, and told I have to call these companies myself, and have it resolved. Isn't that your job? Good luck speaking to a human.

      I was denied with a good credit score for a loan by triangle credit union. To only be approved by Digital federal credit union/ DCU for the same amount with the same credit score I have. This credit union is not a equal opportunities establishment.
