      Terrible customer service. I cashed a check drawn on their bank, at the Elm Street location. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I was even asked why I was using their bank instead of my bank. Excuses me??! Then I was subjected to 15 mins of whispering and looking through the computer with her supervisor. No explanations, no apologizing. I expected the police to be called by they way they treated me. When my substantial check was OK’d by the incredibly rude supervisor, they tried to convince me to open an account. I felt like giving them a piece of my mind at that point. How degrading and unprofessional can two bank employees act to a customer? No thank you. Do better ladies.
