I have been with this bank since it opened. I was a teen now a senior and it's the service and people that keep me there. I walk in they know me , and Willis always willing to assist me and answer all my needs, this is what I call customer service!!!

I was referred to this bank by a good friend of mine. As first I was a bit hesitate. I have never banked with a small community based bank before. I usually have accounts with Chase, BOA, HSBC, Citibank. When I first arrived I was greeted by Willis. He sat me down and explain to me all the benefits of opening an account at Ridgewood Saving Bank. One of the things he explained to me is that I can use my ATM cards at hundreds of MoneyPass location without a ATM surcharge fee. This was something I was not aware of. I found him to be a extremely professional and knowledge individual. I plan to refer more friends to open an account here. Just ask for Willis!
