  Travis worked a miracle. I was working with a different lender who could not figure out military (reserve) compensation, and we weren’t going to make closing. Travis stepped in, we closed in 5 days, and at a lower rate. Trident is staffed with prior military- there is no one who understands us better! Can’t recommend highly enough!

  As a retired military real estate investor, I receive many recommendations for mortgage lenders. I have worked with several veteran own companies, but was extremely overwhelmed by the professionalism and customer service provided by trident home loans, LLC. My loan officer, Jonathan Hastings kept me updated every step of the way ensuring I never felt “out of the loop“ and my hats off to Tara Argumaniz, who became my personal processing expert! Tara‘s amazing diligence made me feel like I had someone from my personal team working in my behalf on Tridents staff. She worked with me, my realtor and anyone involved in the process to crush any problems that occurred, including some extra crazy inefficiencies from the title company and a problematic appraiser that caused the deal to close almost a month late! Tara was able to coordinate everything while working countless off time hours ensuring my rate was locked in and the deal was not lost! Much thanks to Johnathan, Tara, and the whole Trident team for really caring about what you do. We will definitely work together again!
