  I recently worked with Jon, Tyler and the rest of the team to purchase a house and cannot recommend them enough. The rate they were able to provide beat everybody else I spoke with and it was not even close. Beyond the great rates, the whole team is very responsive and eager to answer questions and help out wherever possible. Bottom line: if you are looking for the absolute best service while also keeping more money in your pocket, give these guys a call and you will not be disappointed.

  Jon, Roy and the rest of the team at Trident were simply superior! I rate shopped local and National lenders, and their rates simply couldn’t be beat. But the great rate in no way comprises their dedication to customer service. Jon, our loan officer, was an extremely valued advisor for months before we even applied for our VA Loan. As an airline pilot transitioning from military to a part 121 carrier my pay situation was very complex. Additionally, we were infiltrating an extremely competitive and expensive housing market. Jon devoted hours of consultation with invaluable insight to help us best prepare for the process. He was knowledgeable in both military and 121 carrier pay which was critical to our situation. Once our home purchase was under way, I got compliments from my real estate agent that the communication and professionalism from him and his team were top notch throughout the entire process. To top it off, Jon really took care of us by actively watching for an opportunity to float our rate down, and was able to take advantage of a short drop in market rates before they shot back up to save us 0.625% from our initial rate lock, with 0 extra fees (completely free to us). Finally, Roy our processor, and Jen, our closer, were both a pleasure to work with. They actually re-wrote the terms of our loan in the final days when I wanted to change our downpayment, and did so with upmost courtesy and promptness. Their communication and professionalism made the process easy to understand and painless. I can’t pass a high enough recommendation for this Trident Team. And if you’re an airline pilot and/or military shopping for the best VA loan, call Jonathan Kulak and team!

  This was my fourth home purchase and without a doubt the best experience I've ever had. I was under a very short timeline and Jonathan got me a pre-approval within hours of contacting him and worked hard to help me close within three weeks. The rate I got was also better than I could find anywhere else, and actually decreased during the closing process, which is unheard of. I give Jonathan, his team, and Trident my highest recommendation!
