  Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis from TriStar Finance have helped my family live THE AMERICAN DREAM. Back in 2017 Seth was the only one that was able to help clean my parents' credit and approve them for a loan when all the big banks denied them. Shortly after Patrick along with Seth helped me close on a condominium on the East Side without any issues. Anytime I encountered a road block the TriStar Finance team made sure that it was taken care of immediately. In 2020 when interest rates dropped I contacted Tristar Finance and Ashley did an outstanding job helping me and my parents refinance our properties. Patrick and Seth overlooked the refinance process of our properties and made sure we got the best rate at the best price. Ashley of Tristar Finance was easily reached by phone and answered any questions that we had. Fast forward to 2022 and the TriStar Team has done it again! This time around Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis helped me close on a NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME. They were able to present me with a VERY LOW RATE in the current market of raising interest rates. Tristar team members Brittany and Shay were EXTREMELY helpful during the whole closing process. They were very clear about Loan Terms and Conditions. They were very patient and explained every line in detail. Anytime I had questions about the loan or paperwork needed - they were very responsive and answered in less than 24 hours. Ashley, Brittany, and Brittany reached out to me many times and helped me cruise smoothly through the whole process. Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis were a true pleasure to work with. Their honest transparency about loan terms, ability to communicate fast and efficiently, and ability to beat all major banks in providing lowest interest rates is what made me a lifetime customer.
