  Troy and his team at Gateway Mortgage have been nothing short of amazing! Troy was in constant communication with us with any change big or small. This made the process feel less impersonal and gave us a sense of relief. Troy was always there to take my calls, or always called me back and answered any questions or concerns that we had not matter how small or silly I thought they were. Let's face it buying a home is stressful, and with Troy and my relator working side by side and always knowing what has happening made buying a little less stressful. With the knowledge that Troy has for this market and taking the time to explain everything to us in terms and wording that us "regular" people understand and eased my husbands mind. It takes a lot to earn my husbands respect, and ease his worries and working the Troy at Gateway Mortgage did just that. When you cross that finish line and sign the closing paperwork, you will have the piece of mind knowing, and understanding of every single piece of paper you sign. I would rate our experience 100/10! Thank you Troy for helping us achieve our dream of owning our first home!
