Great rates, and incredibly personal service when you need it and convenient self service when you don’t. I’ve been a member since 2013 and have no intentions of going anywhere else. Plus the promotions that they run periodically are pretty crazy, I don’t know how they do it!

Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever! Recently just moved to the area and was looking to open an account nearby.. Walked into the entrance to not be greeted or acknowledged for about 10 minutes. I finally built up the nerve to pick up one of their atm phones inside. I asked if i could buy a roll of quarters. The woman told me over the phone she wasnt allowed to let me trade her 10$ for 10$ worth of quarters. I had to be a "member". Okay every bank i have ever been to has never denied a request to exchange currency. When i informed her i just moved to the area and would like to open an account unfortunately she said she couldn't help me. Stay away stay far away! Incompetent, rude and clueless employees who judge you. I am so embarassed and feel so singled out as a new woman of color coming to a rural community and to be disrespected and told i cannot open an account for no reson whatsoever is ignorant. Unprofessional and does not care about the members of its growing community. I cannot say any good things at all. Drive 5 minutes to gorham instead.

No interest in helping you unless moneys no issue auto loan 90 percent loan to value when i call an say im in a situation an cant provide money down im told to ask one of my parents for money cant wait to move to a different bank i would not suggest this place to anyone
