      Stay away from BB&T. Take your business anywhere else and you’ll be in better hands. All they care about it making money and taking advantage of clients. Customer service will have you on hold for two hours only to be rude to you and hang up on you. They snowball overdraft fees to make as much money off of you as possible. Went to bed with a positive account, woke up with a -$110 balance because of a $5 purchase, which I deposited the money to cover. They hold my deposits for days and then change me an overdraft for purchases that were made after the deposit. I wouldn’t call them a bank as much as I’d call them a sick joke.

      Marissa is not helpful or even eager to assist. She is not the manager but acts like she runs the place but won't just assist. She knows the information you need but she won't give it to you and she would not help based on the information she knows. Now on several occasions that; she frowns, I've seen a big question mark on her forehead, not so kind and not so polite. She put you on a very long hold and a very long wait. Not a very good customer service. Did not know how to process a cash advance and had to go to a different bank without no problem and got the cash advance. Nothing but inconvenience, so have chosen a different branch, way better way too helpful and nice. Thank you.
