      Second star is because the staff is the same as when it was Susquehanna Bank. Bank's single asset is the staff, same cheerful, great professionals from the good, old days. Nightmare stories at BBT since it rode into town. Family involved helping someone whose account was breached by foreign criminals, account owner now accused of being one of the criminals, BBT insists they pay back money from their own crime and it's been downhill from there. True story. Would not have believed it, if we did not see it.
