Everything is great except last time I went in, I asked the teller to separate my money into certain accounts and she had to drag out a calculator for a few hundred dollars. I did the math in my head and told her before she even started to punch in the number. I have a GED.

When this branch was SunTrust the staff was excellent funny personable outgoing human like now it’s like the human was sucked out of them and they’re just robots no personality no humor no personal touch no personal interaction no smiling no joking just robots SunTrust treated their customers much better and seems Truist turn their employees into robots not giving them room to be themselves and interact on a personal human level.

I am aBB&T mortgage customer. I called on Monday to ask if I could pay my mortgage at this branch. They said sure but not until the fourth ( Friday) I went in mid morning on Friday and the line was ten+ people long. After a 30 minute wait to see a teller, she told me that they couldn't accept payments until tomorrow the fifth. I checked their Google ad and it said they opened at nine on Saturday. I went back and they are closed on Saturday. The other customers in line told me this is normal for this branch. My house payment will be late now because of their our customer service. The first time in my life this has happened and I am livid.
