      This bank is now called Truist since they merged with BB & T. We needed to open another account and Gavin was the person who was able to help us. He went above and beyond to get our needs met. He followed through and checked on us and helped set up a few other things that he had suggested and explained to us carefully. He was so helpful and professional. We will continue to use and recommend this bank since Gavin made everything so easy. Working with him was a breeze . We have worked with different banks in the past and this by far the best experience we have had. I highly recommend.

      They are always friendly and courteous. Especially La'shon customer service agent and teller Diamond they always try their best to solve whatever problem i have, no matter how small or big it is. And if they can't answer my questions then they will get help from the main office to help solve my problems.
