      In a time of electronic banking, every once in a while I like to go to the bank and do things the old fashioned Southern Way. It just doesn't seem to work at BB&T in Wise, VA though. No matter how friendly I am or if I have everything ready it seems as if I am making them go out of their way just to cash a check or to deposit some money. I know it is annoying, people coming through the door, but occasionally, just smile. Say thanks, and make eye contact.
