      I've been with BBT since before they were BBT. They were Colonial Bank when I got with them. I love my bank. The employees there have always been great! I wish I could remember their names! Pat is helpful and wonderful. I live out of state now but kept my account and still bank with them, even though there is no BBT (now Truist) anywhere near me. Speaking of Truist.. I'm already missing the BBT hometown feel.

      ATM would not work. It took my check that I was depositing & wouldn’t give me a deposit validation, so I decided to go inside. It was closed. Sign said to go thru drive Thur. I have been sitting this line all the way out to the street for 25 minutes & not one car has gone through. No one will answer the phone. Seems like they need more employees. What happened to service?

      Can't get anyone on the telephone you can them and they put you hold. Called on 03-16-2021 got tired of being on hold.
