      I went in to do a foreign currency order so I can't speak to anything else but Fernando was able to help me through that process and explain the time frame (2-5 days estimated), I was able to get it in about 3 business days. He was also able to put a notice on my account that I would be traveling and overall just super helpful.

      This BB&T Branch terrible period. they have changed multiple management and staff lately and still bad. online/google says they are open on Saturday 9-12 and you make the trip to go there to only find it closed. This Branch so terrible they didn't even care to change their hours if they are closed.

      I drove 10.5 miles just because I saw their operation hours which was supposed to be 24hrs. when I get there it's says closed, but I heard they give good services
