      Hillsville BB$T is a customer based bank. Every time I have needed something they have always come thru. Today I needed a cashiers check, that I normally do in the Lobby. I had to go to the drive thru, due to covid19. I did not realize that they have two camera/screens to communicate with. For this hearing impaired person it made the whole thing so much easier. The teller was very understanding of my condition and was very patient, when I couldn't understand. Hillsville BB$T is My bank of choice.

      Their drive thru hours for Saturday clearly states 8:30am-12pm. I’m currently here at 10:09am on 1/4/22 & their lanes say closed. I really needed to get something done today but I guess that won’t be happening.

      Like most people I work 7-5:30 Monday-friday. I needed to do some business with them on Saturday and they was closed. Carter Bank was not. Guess I'm going to move my money to Carter.
