      They hit me with the $8.00 fee for cashing a check form one of thier customers. When I asked about it they told me they were providing a service. I explained to them yes they are... to THEIR customer who wrote me a check on an account he has there. That is who you are servicing. He did not put his money in your bank with the stipulation he can only give it to Truist/BB&T customers without some arbitrary fee for cashing his check. It is just beyond me how this logic escapes these people. Banks provide a service to thier customers by honoring thier check. The fees are a money grab and a joke. Are you disclosing this to customers when they open an account?

      This was posted on the website, majority of branch lobbies are temporarily closed. We’re providing teller services through drive-thru lanes at branches that are equipped with them. If you need to access a safe deposit box, please call your branch to make an appointment. No one will answer the phone, sign in door drive thru only, no indication when the lobby will open.
