      I believe the value in a bank starts with the employees that work at the branch you bank with. John Thomas and his staff are very knowledgeable and work with their clients to save them money on their loan products and find the right accounts for the savings products.       I think vast majority of negative reviews speak for themselves. One bad apple (bank teller) can ruin a customer’s experience . Train your tellers to speak to your customers with kindness and respect.

      They charge an $8.00 fee to cash a check if you do not bank there then they will give you a receipt for the full amount but not supply a receipt for the fee. Ask for a receipt for the fee and see what you got. I was told I could pay the fee or not cash the check. Outright strong arm tactics and they seem to know it is not right or my would the system not generate a receipt for the $8.00 fee? Just terrible.
