      If you like customer service like I do, this branch is for you! In a matter of minutes, BB&T (Young Avenue branch) was able to provide me with the service I was looking for in just a matter of minutes. Galina and Anthony are phenomenal. I wasted 15yrs with another bank! 5stars + more!

      Poorly managed, undertrained staff. Toxic environment. Peggy is abusive towards others. Hold time is 2+ hours. Kelly was amazing and knowledgeable but left because of poor management and toxic environment. Jessica uses gaslighting to control staff. Employees aren't given proper lunches.
