      Ashley always helps me with my banking needs and is so informative and good at what she does.

      Poorly managed, undertrained staff. Customer service hold is up to 2+ hours. Sherri is rude and has difficulty performing transactions correctly. Mary is limited too and needs extra support. Kelly was amazing and very helpful. She did a great job but is no longer there due to the poor management and toxic environment. Jessica uses gaslighting to control staff. Employees aren't given proper lunches. Found a Bank with properly trained employees and no hassle or abuse.
