      Rachel has the worst attitude and gives the worst customer service! Its a shame that someone with her attitude is working with the public! She didn't bother to do something right the first time and then after we make a second trip there, she acted like we were bothering her! No apologies for her mistakes. Nothing! She is an embarrassment to Truist!

      Called this morning asking do they take quarters they said they have to be rolled. They then have asked how much and I told them $160. I get there and the teller says you don't have account with us we can't take them. First off they should have told me that on the phone and I would have opened an account but not with this kinda service.
