We both know you dont like it there, how does it feel that cold branch that ignores you when you walk in?? Change to the best BB&T bitter and 1604 and ask for for service and you already handed with a courtesy bottle water. Like a hotel lobby would do. Enjoy the BB&T Resort and Spa treats😂

      I know Roger and the tellers and they are all very good with their work and they help me and my grandmother a lot especially because she has a physical condition and at the branch they all help her all the time. Best place for Mexicans

      I personally Don’t like Wells Fargo. BB&T is what i call concierge banking. What they do in 15 min Wells fargo does in 7 days literally i am not kidding. Also the staff is very friendly to the point that instead of going to the clossest branch to my house i come to this one🤦‍♂️i just like the service 5 Star.
