Shelby Martin with the Cloud Team in San Antonio was the perfect example of what a first time home buyer should experience. She answered all of my questions with patience and grace. This was my first experience talking to someone about a mortgage loan and it went as smooth as I would have expected and then some. Absolutely awful. Got started with them dec 2020. Things started off great but slowly got worse. Little to not contact. Except to keep asking for info already provided. They would wait until 430 pm on a Friday to ask for something "urgently" then wouldn't reply until the following Monday. I attempted to keep contact with them but never got straight answers. They wouldn't even tell me the closing cost needed until 2 hours before the meeting to close. Unprofessional and disorganized. Made my first time buying a home horrible. Not to mention they home appraiser they hired was made aware of the offer I made on the house. Even tho it was projected by my realtor and the seller to appraise lower. The appraiser happened to appraise the exact amount offered. And gave no evidence to substantiate the appraisal. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND VIP MORTGAGE
