      Been banking with BB&T for years. Always have had the best experience with all the staff. Set up meeting with a TRUIST financial advisor at our local branch. After spending at least an our with him explaining our goals for the future. He said he'd get his main man to call us. We've not heard a peep. No phone call, no email, nothing. Don't even bother to call us. You didn't before.
