      The staff here are very friendly, so this review is more about Truist as a whole, but it's nice to know that every check deposited into my account will now take two weeks to process. This is particularly stressful as I've mobile deposited checks with Suntrust for years without issue, but now every paycheck will have a long hold on it. If you're a Suntrust or BB&T account holder who got moved over to Truist, this is a heads up that Truist intentionally puts your checks on a massive hold and refuses to elaborate why.
