      Awful. Waited in drive through 30 min. I am changing banks very soon. Service just keeps getting worse.

      Horrible customer service. On Friday morning I sat for more than 20 minutes to wait for access to my safe deposit box. I was completely ignored and after a while had to leave. This has happened before. There were people sitting around at desks in offices with closed doors and only one clerk was helping a customer.
