      They managed to close both of the convenient branches for me. Customer service? They never heard of that concept. I was afraid this was going to happen when they merged. BBT was always a great bank for me. Now, the whole operation stinks. I'm actively looking for another bank for my needs. I can't wait to be free of this place. Beware, ask around or look at the reviews, terrible bank and they seem proud about it.
