      I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

      I was with Suntrust for 6 years, never had an issue. The second they change to this “Truist” joke I’ve had issues non-stop. From not having access to my own checking/savings accounts, to the ATM simply not working, you will have issues with them. This is what happens when big business gets greedy without care for the consumer. Open an account with an actual bank and save yourself the hassle. Stay far away from Truist, I know I wish I did.
