      I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

      Worst BB&T branch ever! Called to ask if the lobby was open and the person who answered the phone says " WHAT DO YOU WANT" GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! Maybe they don't know that the state of Florida is open! Time to find a new bank!
