      I jist sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins... Approx 10 cars were behind me... As I pull forward the gentleman tells me that they are closed!! No signs!! No explanation or anything!!! Thses are very trying times and BBT are the worse to have to depend upon. I frequent atleast 4 locations and have had to speak to managers... Regional managers.... During this pamdemic please find a financial institution that is there for you because this one isn't it!!!

      Second to come in and had to stand in line waiting while two other associates were doing some other task and never bother to acknowledge anyone inline. I was and attempted to proceed when the person in front completed his transaction at that time the teller rudely said he was closed and the other teller would have to help me. None of them ever acknowledged me or the others in line and when he finished my transaction the one helping me threw the slip and said nothing but asked if there anything else. The worst customer service ever. Don’t use his location if can avoid do it.
