  The employees of this bank are some of the most caring and wonderful people I have met. They will absolutely do anything they can to help you. SJ, Melissa, and Janie are great at their job and provide wonderful service. I highly recommend BB&T and this branch.

  Yesterday I came here for wiring and the banker is very poor customer service and made me come back today to get it done because he said my balance is not posted. He needs to learn how to approach to the customers. It is extremely poor customer service. In fact, I have never had this problem with SunTrust. I came today to get it done and today it is different guy who take care it for me. Same situation. It took me over an hour just to get it wired. In addition, he asked me to do I get the instruction how to wire the money? I replied that I was wiring the monies monthly back in time. He told me just answer yes or no. Ridiculous situation. I felt not welcome at all since this merge between SunTrust and BB&T. Well, I recognized the monthly fee charge is even higher. I probably moved my account to different institution because around Bearden of Knoxville, there are plenty of promotions and competitions.

  Once again I sit in the drive thru at this branch for 30+ minutes waiting to deposit a check. I will be late getting back to work and won’t get lunch again. I know better than come here. There is only one lady working by herself got the lobby and two drive thrus and two other people just walking around on their lunch I guess. The Farragut branch is so much nicer and faster.
