      As a small business owner I know that good customer service should be a priority and is essential in today's world to retain good clients. I have been coming to this location for more than 7 years , I was asked to wait for more than 15 min. for a bank employee by the name of Nidia that never bothered to come out of her office to find out what I needed. I needed a document to be notarized, a very simple task that takes five minutes to get done,not only she never moved from her office nor she ever apologized later on with a follow up phone call .The other two employees kept going to her office because they were feeling bad for the situation but later on one of them told me she was just taking her brake in her office. I was the only client at the Bank and this lady never came out of her office. I noticed the manager was not present. Finally I left with this incredible feeling of frustration and wondering how is it possible with so many Banks around they just hired incompetent people to take care of their clients. In my 20 years as a business owner I have worked very hard to keep my clients happy and I expect my Bank to do the same for me!!!
