      So I cant pay my auto loan on new app due to not having a trust account . Call to pay over phone says 60 minute plus wait ( called past 3 days and says same thing) local office closes at 4 pm and they said I can't drop off payment in drop box. So for people that work during the 9 to 4 hours of bank office time, good luck. I can't stand this company now. Atleast when.it was bbt I could pay on app.

      They lock your card due to fraud and when you call the fraud department to clear the issue you wait 45 minutes only for them to pretend not to hear you and hang up. This happened twice and left me at a gas station for almost 2 hours waiting to clear this issue up. Do not use this bank if you can help it. Old BB&T was even better than this garbage. Moving my account ASAP!
