      Hasn’t been a single day that I haven’t been in line for at least 30 minutes. The tellers are rude and the one girl will talk about you to her piers. One of them is eating popcorn while counting money. Unprofessional.

      If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Since the buyout of SunTrust and BB & T, this bank has been insane to deal with. I am not on the loan with my husband, however I've always been the one to take the money (always cash) to make the payment. In the 3 years of this loan never had an issue doing this. Now I can't make a CASH PAYMENT to a bank!!! Please read that sentence again... I CAN'T MAKE A CASH PAYMENT TO A BANK!!!!! On top of that sheer craziness, they keep sending us a missed payment notice. We took the last one received to the bank and we were told not to worry with it as it was a glitch since to take over. Received a second one today with a late fee attached. Please stay away from this bank chain if at all possible!!!
