      I went to the bank the same day my fiancé got a cash advance and the teller at the window denied me. She stated they don’t do cash advances and that the doors are locked so I can’t come in. I’ve gotten cash advances from the window drive up location several times before and have never had an issue. Employees can’t pick and choose who they are going to take cash out for! Absolutely infuriating. I drove back around the bank and took cash out of the atm and had to stop at gas station to break money 🖕🏼

      The new branch manager is worthless and doesn't know what he's doing. Can't believe such a great company would keep an idiot employed, let alone managing a branch. Can't even process a customer request and makes everyone wait for a teller when he could do it himself if he wasn't a worthless employee.
