      Terrible AND trash customer service .. I was literally in the drive thru line for 17min and when I asked for help she had a attitude with me .. definitely leaving this bank

      Though I think the new Truist location is nice, small but nice anyway. They never have enough tellers and waiting in line for 20-25 mins. is ridiculous, they also have horrible customer service especially from Bonnie. I wish there was another location close to me because I now dread dealing with anyone who works here.
