      I had trouble getting my wife's cell phone to connect to the bank, so she could bank on line. There were several problems, but Latonya solved them all. She was so pleasant and tenacious. She deserves a promotion. I hope she survives the merger.

      Same as the rest of the locations. Understaffed and over crowded. The merger has been a real disaster. And if you call the 1800 number be prepared to wait 40 min to an hour . I hate this company. 😒

      SunTrust was decent until they merged to Trust.. I had fraud on my acct and has been trying to get in touch with CS for days. Because everytime a person that I can barely understand answers, they hang up on me and this has happened three times.. I just went on the website and made a dispute. Found out that it was a friend and want to clear it up with the bank so they will not reembuse the money, but no one will still answer the dang phone.. I have been with SunTrust so many years and was very satisfied.. Now since they have merge, it's gone to hell.. I will be closing this account and going to a more reparable bank..
