      Terrible bank, terrible location. The customer service is lacking. They seem to have an attitude in fact when challenged in company policy. They never have the answer to anything. Nothing is ever open or available such as drive thru teller service or the ATM deposit feature. I've found Truist to be lacking on all fronts and as soon as I find somewhere else to place my money, I plan to. Take today for instance, I pull into the drive thru teller line which did not indicate open or close. The clerks inside can visibly see me. Instead of telling me the first time I ring that the line was closed, they let me sit there for 10 minutes with cars behind me. Maybe "not their problem", but I assumed this was common courtesy. Just a warning to those looking for a friendly and welcoming bank that exudes safety and wealth. I've heard nothing good about this bank ever.
