  Wish I could rank 0 stars. Just left the bank after waiting for a teller for 20 minutes and still didn’t get seen… there were 2 staff behind the desk but apparently only one of them is working. I asked the man behind the desk for assistance but he said he isn’t working even though he just ended a call on the bank’s landline… just say you lack customer service and don’t want to do your job instead of blatantly lying. It’s always a long wait at this location. If you need to access your money fast this is not the right place.

  If 0 stars was an option it would be ZERO. My mom had an appointment today to open a bank account for my sister. She even left work early to make it on time. They seemed closed so my sister asked about the appointment and a worker (a Female) basically snapped at her. Don’t be so rude to people. Learn customer service skills please. If you can’t deal with clients then find another job. People make accommodations to make it to these things. Things are already difficult during this pandemic. Not sure if she was having a bad day but at the end of the day don’t snap at people when they come to YOUR job looking for YOUR services with an appointment. My mom called customer care and the second young lady was nice and understanding. Super terrible that this happened because we use to love Suntrust. Especially considering the fact that a lot of Latinos and Spanish speakers come to this branch.

  Complete and utter trash of a location. Nothing works. Never open. No signs of out of order. Just wasting time in line with these clowns.
